VERY light. EXTREMELY comfortable. Seems thin but protective.

This is my first Japan made kote and his quality very good. Early I think the more millimeters of stitching then better, but now I understand that quality used materials is more important. This Kote is very light weight, very protective and comfortable. I am so happy to get it.

The leather inside is a bit rough, abrasion on skin. Understand its not tailor made, its a bit bigger on the thumb session. I've just used it for 2 lessons, hope it will fit better in future. Its lightweight~

I received a pair of these kote 4 weeks ago, and have been really pleased by them so far. They are extremely light and flexible.
From day one they were as flexible as a broken in pair of kote, and after 2 or 3 practices they are now perfect.
I have been amazined by how quickly they dry, usually by the next morning after keiko!
The materials used are really great too, especially the smoked dear skin on the palms.
Many of the Sensei i practice with have been asking questions, and I am already thinking of buying another set!
A big thanks to Andy as always, who never fails to give honest advice.
